EAU LANAI SUITES

NOBU MANALAPAN
We invite you to our newest dining experience, Nobu Manalapan. While we await our permanent home, join us at our temporary location within the lobby. We have carved out a secluded space where guests can experience a preview of the world-renowned Japanese chef recognized for pioneering a new style of Japanese cuisine, bringing a burst of excitement to the new location. 
 
POLPO PALM BEACH
Experience the tastes of Southern Italy at Polpo Palm Beach, the second outpost of the legendary Greenwich, Connecticut., restaurant. Enjoy upscale fare inspired by regional dishes, an Italian-influenced wine selection, handcrafted cocktails, and classic aperitifs and digestives.
