While we await our permanent home, join us at our temporary location within the lobby of Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa. We have carved out a secluded space where guests can experience a preview of the world-renowned Japanese chef recognized for pioneering a new style of Japanese cuisine, bringing a burst of excitement to the new location. The menu features Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s signature dishes, such as the Black Cod Miso & Rock Shrimp Tempura offering a memorable opportunity to savor the restaurant’s many distinctive flavors. The menu also includes a comprehensive sake and wine list alongside innovative cocktails. We look forward to welcoming you to Nobu Manalapan.
